Exercise Helps Set Diet
The research team led by Miguel Alinso suggests that physical activity can help a person control the diet in different ways.
"Physical exercise can encourage a healthy diet. The pattern of diet for obesity therapy is more adhered to," said Dr. Alonso.
Dr. Alonso also added that encouraging physical activity a person's awareness of the signs of physiological needs (basic needs), so that people are more likely to eat in small portions.
The results of this study also found that changing the structure and performance exercising the brain in response to unhealthy food that is around you.
The researcher explained that there is one part of the brain, known by the term "inhibitor control 'that helps a person to regulate his habits, such as controlling hand to not take greasy food.
