Exercise Helps You Sleep Better | Exercise routine every week not only makes the body stronger and improve heart health. Based on recent studies, exercise is also beneficial to the quality of your sleep.

The study was conducted by analyzing health data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey of more than 3,000 men and women aged 18-85 years.

The participants wore an accelerometer device known name in the right hip of their bodies for a week after they were checked, and they must answer the questions that researchers ask about sleepiness and sleep quality.

The research presented in the journal Mental Health and Physical Activity to find participants who exercise for 150 minutes per week had 65 percent better sleep quality compared with people who rarely exercise.

Researchers also found that exercise can reduce fatigue throughout the day and less likely to have leg cramps while sleeping.

Furthermore, the researchers revealed that partisapan cramps during sleep decreased by 68 percent and 45 percent reduction in difficulty concentrating when tired as a result of regular exercise.

"Physical activity (exercise) was not only good for waist circumference and liver, but also can help you sleep," said Brad Cardinal, a professor of exercise science at Oregon State University.

The researcher also added that doing physical activity for 150 minutes each week can also improve the health of the cardiovascular system.
